Corning IT Intern in Monterrey supports SAP and internal IT tools projects, participates in follow‑up, documentation, testing, and user support. The intern will create manuals in English and Spanish, assist with SAP implementations, and learn SAP MM/PP to support process improvements and system deployment.

You will collaborate across departments, contribute to project lifecycle activities, and gain hands‑on experience in IT project management and SAP functionality.

Formación

• Currently studying System Engineering or Development Engineering (required).
• Intermediate English (for reading, writing, and creating documentation).
• Basic understanding of programming or system development (preferred).
• Ability to create clear and structured documentation.
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel, testing tools, etc.).
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
• Ability to work with different departments and collaborate effectively.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn systems and business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on SAP-related projects and coordinate progress with involved departments.
• Assist in system testing, including debugging, validation, and functional testing.
• Create and update system manuals in English and Spanish for users.
• Assist with basic development tasks and create reports for the business units.
• Collaborate with multiple areas and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Learn SAP modules such as PP and MM and become familiar with transactions.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle: implementation, development, testing, and go-live.
