Qualifications

• Familiarity with integration to FI-AR, MM, PP, LE, and TM is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience; willing to travel 80%.

Position Overview

We are looking for an SAP SD Consultant with 4–6 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution, order‑to‑cash processes, configuration, enhancements, functional specifications, testing, and production support. The candidate should have a good understanding of integration with other SAP modules and be able to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver SAP SD solutions.

Day to Day Job Duties

Support SAP SD module configuration and implementation activities in ECC and S/4HANA.

Hands‑on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with exposure to implementation and support projects.

Participate in business discussions, requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and solution discussions for OTC processes.

Configure and support key SD processes including sales order processing, pricing, billing, credit management, output management, returns, intercompany sales, and third‑party order processing.

Support S/4HANA‑specific SD functionalities, including SAP Fiori apps, Business Partner approach, and other relevant S/4HANA simplifications.

Prepare functional specifications for custom developments including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).

Execute unit testing and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

Support order‑to‑cash processes including pricing, billing, shipping, output management, credit management, and invoicing.

Work with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues and support enhancements and custom developments.

Understand integration touchpoints with other modules including FI‑AR, MM, PP, LE, and TM.

Support integration with external systems using EDI, IDoc, APIs, and other interfaces.

Provide support for system upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and production issues.

Support data migration and cutover activities as required.

Document configuration, test scenarios, functional specifications, and solution designs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and participate in workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Support training activities and prepare relevant documentation for business users.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of SAP SD consulting experience with exposure to ECC and S/4HANA.

Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution processes and configuration.

Minimum 3+ years of experience with order‑to‑cash processes, including pricing, billing, sales orders, and logistics execution.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP SD support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Minimum 2+ years of experience preparing functional specifications and working with custom developments.

Minimum 2+ years of experience with unit testing, regression testing, defect resolution, and UAT support.

Experience with S/4HANA SD functionalities and Fiori apps.

Experience with SAP SD integration with FI‑AR, MM, PP, LE, or TM.

Experience supporting data migration, cutover activities, system upgrades, or enhancement projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Ability to travel at least 80%.

Nice to Have

SAP Activate knowledge, training, and/or SAP certification.

Exposure to Advanced ATP (aATP), Revenue Accounting (RAR), or S/4HANA SD simplifications.

Experience with EDI, IDoc, APIs, or external system integrations.
