EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a senior SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant to lead the functional design, implementation and rollout of Credit Management capabilities within a global SAP S/4HANA landscape.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP architects, development teams and market representatives throughout the full delivery lifecycle. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM, integration with SAP SD and FI, and strong stakeholder

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM experience.
• Experience with O2C processes and integration with SAP modules.
• Ability to lead functional workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with global template rollouts and multi-country deployments.

We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant to lead the functional design, implementation and rollout of Credit Management capabilities within a global SAP S/4HANA landscape, acting as the primary SME and working closely with business stakeholders, SAP architects, development and integration teams, and market representatives across the full delivery lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead the functional design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM Credit ManagementOwn the Credit Management solution design and ensure alignment with the overall Order-to-Cash (O2C) architecture and business processesFacilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather credit policies, risk-management requirements and market-specific needsTranslate business requirements into SAP functional designs, configuration and implementation requirementsConfigure and optimize key Credit Management capabilities, including credit segments, credit profiles, credit limits, exposure, credit-risk classes, scoring, automatic credit checks, credit-block management, release processes and Business Partner integrationDefine and validate integration between Credit Management and Sales & Distribution, Finance, Business Partner and related SAP/non-SAP systemsAnalyze existing processes and recommend standard S/4HANA capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customizationPrepare functional specifications for required enhancements, interfaces and developments in close collaboration with ABAP and integration teamsSupport SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare activitiesCoordinate resolution of complex functional defects and integration issues across teamsContribute to the creation of a global template and manage localization requirements for subsequent market rolloutsProvide functional leadership and guidance to other SAP consultants and market teamsRequirements3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM Credit Management and Order-to-Cash business processesKnowledge of integration between Credit Management, SAP SD and FI, and Business PartnerExpertise in designing and configuring credit checks, credit limits, credit exposure and credit-block/release processesExperience with S/4HANA implementations, migrations and global template rolloutsCapability to independently lead functional workshops and communicate with senior business stakeholdersStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including resolution of complex cross-functional SAP issuesExperience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP, integration and architecture teamsExperience across the full implementation lifecycle: Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live and HypercareStrong English communication and stakeholder-management skillsNice to haveExperience leading multi-country/global SAP rolloutsBackground in retail or large international enterprise environmentsExperience with complex integrations between S/4HANA Credit Management and external credit, finance or risk-management solutionsExperience establishing reusable global templates while managing market-specific requirementsPrevious experience acting as a Lead Consultant, Functional Lead or Credit Management SMEWe offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedInEPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
