SEGULA Technologies in Saltillo, Mexico seeks a detail-oriented Production & SAP Routing Specialist to bridge process engineering and shop-floor operations. You will capture, update, validate, and maintain routings, operation sequences, and cycle times in SAP to ensure precise manufacturing planning and accurate cost absorption.

Working with SAP PP, ECO/ECN, and line balancing, you will drive continuous improvement, ensure correct work center setup, and support WO execution.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or related technical field.
2 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in process engineering, methods & time studies, or production planning in manufacturing.
Proven SAP PP expertise in managing routings, Work Centers, and BOM linkages (CA01/CA02/CA03, CR01/CR02).
Strong background in line balancing and time & motion studies.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Create, update, and audit routings, operation sequences, and cycle times in SAP PP.
Conduct shop-floor validation to ensure routings match engineering docs.
Configure Work Centers and resource allocation for accurate capacity planning.
Lead ECO/ECN changes in SAP before production release.
Collaborate with Product Costing and CO-PC teams on activity rates and standard times.
Translate line balancing studies into updated standard times in the system.
Investigate discrepancies on Work Orders and support WO execution.
Monitor routing accuracy metrics and drive standardization initiatives.
