Dematic is seeking a highly skilled SAP Retrofit Manager in Guadalupe, Nuevo León. The ideal candidate will manage SAP retrofit processes across multiple systems, ensuring compliance with governance and change management policies. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields and 5+ years of SAP experience, including ABAP development, is required. You will work collaboratively with teams to resolve issues and drive efficiencies in the retrofit workflow, with excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in SAP environments, with at least 2 years in a retrofit or change management role.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and their interdependencies.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
