Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled SAP MDG - EAM Lead to drive MDG solution design for EAM domains, oversee governance and integration, and coordinate offshore delivery teams in Mexico.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of SAP MDG experience with EAM knowledge, MDG data/UI modeling, BRF+ and ABAP, and be willing to relocate to Querétaro, Guadalajara, Monterrey, or CDMX for office presence at least 3 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP MDG solution design for EAM domains including Equipment, Functional Locations, Tasklists, Maintenance Plans, Measuring points and Work Centers.
• Define governance models, workflows, validation rules, and replication mechanisms.
• Conduct onsite workshops, gather requirements, and align business and IT stakeholders.
• Oversee integration with SAP ECC and external systems.
• Drive all phases of MDG projects—blueprint, build, testing, cutover, hypercare.
• Coordinate offshore teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support data migration, data quality initiatives, and continuous governance improvements.
• Provide leadership in issue resolution, enhancements, and production support.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG experience with strong EAM domain knowledge
• Expertise in MDG data modeling, UI modeling, workflows, BRF+, and MDG ABAP.
• Strong understanding of EAM/PM processes and asset lifecycle.

Candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to Querétaro, Guadalajara, Monterrey or CDMX (it will be requested to attend office at least 3 days per week).
