Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Physical Logistics or IT-supported logistics.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP logistics processes and Yard Management.
• Experience in SAP Key User activities, incident management, testing, and user support.
• Interest in digitalization, automation, data analytics, and AI in logistics.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, structured, results-oriented work style with ownership.
• Fluent business English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation and development of SAP Proton Goods Receipt and Internal Management System.
• Coordinate incidents, changes, testing, training, and issue resolution.
• Safeguard material flow continuity and production supply.
• Coordinate logistics system implementations and critical projects.
• Drive digitalization through automation, data analytics, and AI-based solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable digital solutions and roadmaps.
• Represent Physical Logistics in IT matters and provide user support.
