Westernacher Consulting seeks a Senior SAP IBP consultant to join our Americas projects. Expect design, configuration, testing and workshop leadership across IBP, with travel as needed and a focus on S&OP and Response & Supply planning.

You will work in a global, partnership-driven environment with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality SAP solutions and integration with other modules. Remote/hybrid options available within Mexico.

Formación

• 3+ years of SAP IBP experience with strong hands-on in S&OP and Demand & Supply planning processes
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP IBP implementations with S&OP and/or Response & Supply
• Strong IBP configuration and solution design skills for S&OP and Response & Supply
• Hands-on experience with supply planning, demand/supply balancing, planning runs and scenario-based planning in IBP
• Solid understanding of SCM and end-to-end planning processes
• Experience with SAP APO is highly desirable; familiarity with planning processes is a plus
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English; willingness to travel

We are currently seeking a talented and experiencedSenior SAP IBP consultant to join our growing business and support us in projects in the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IBP process design solutions incl. customizing, documentation, and testing
• Integration with other SAP Modules
• Leading customer workshops
• Workstream lead up to 5 project resources
• Prepare functional specifications for customer-specific requirements
• Conduct tests for configured business scenarios & developed customer processes
• Prepare new SAP systems for go-live; support new transportation processes & resolve issues as part of a stabilization period

To Join Our Team You Need

• 3+ years of experience in SAP IBP, with strong hands‑on experience in S&OP and Response & Supply planning processes, including solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• At least 2 full life‑cycle SAP IBP implementations, with experience in S&OP and/or Response & Supply.
• Strong SAP IBP configuration and solution design skills, particularly in S&OP and Response & Supply.
• Hands‑on experience with supply planning, demand and supply balancing, planning runs, heuristics/optimization, and scenario‑based planning within SAP IBP.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and end‑to‑end planning processes.
• Experience with SAP APO in design, configuration, testing, and/or implementation is highly desirable. Candidates with strong SAP APO experience and proven knowledge of the corresponding planning processes are encouraged to apply.
• CPI‑DS / RTI integration experience is an asset.
• Experience working across different industries, with a good understanding of their respective planning and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English; other languages are an advantage.
• Good team player with strong logical and reasoning skills, who enjoys working in a global environment and is committed to high‑quality project delivery.
• Willingness to travel if required by the role.
• Advanced English level.

• Fluent in English is a must
