Westernacher Consulting seeks a Senior SAP IBP consultant to design and implement IBP solutions across Americas. You will lead workshops, coordinate up to five resources, and integrate with SAP modules. Strong hands-on IBP, S&OP, and supply planning experience are required.

Ideal candidates have multiple IBP implementations, robust configuration and design skills, and readiness to travel. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with relocation to Mexico City or Guadalajara as possible.

• 3+ years of experience in SAP IBP, with strong hands-on experience in S&OP and Response & Supply planning processes, including solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• At least 2 full life-cycle SAP IBP implementations, with experience in S&OP and/or Response & Supply.
• Strong SAP IBP configuration and solution design skills, particularly in S&OP and Response & Supply.
• Hands-on experience with supply planning, demand and supply balancing, planning runs, heuristics/optimization, and scenario-based planning within SAP IBP.
• Experience with SAP APO in design, configuration, testing, and/or implementation is highly desirable.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior SAP IBP consultant to join our growing business and support us in projects in the Americas.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver IBP process design solutions incl. customizing, documentation, and testing
• Integration with other SAP Modules
• Leading customer workshops
• Workstream lead up to 5 project resources
• Prepare functional specifications for customer-specific requirements
• Conduct tests for configured business scenarios & developed customer processes
• Prepare new SAP systems for go-live; support new transportationprocesses & resolve issues as part of a stabilization period

To join our team you need:

• 3+ years of experience in SAP IBP , with strong hands-on experience in S&OP and Response & Supply planning processes , including solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• At least 2 full life-cycle SAP IBP implementations , with experience in S&OP and/or Response & Supply.
• Strong SAP IBP configuration and solution design skills, particularly in S&OP and Response & Supply.
• Hands-on experience with supply planning, demand and supply balancing, planning runs, heuristics/optimization, and scenario-based planning within SAP IBP.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and end-to-end planning processes.
• Experience with SAP APO in design, configuration, testing, and/or implementation is highly desirable. Candidates with strong SAP APO experience and proven knowledge of the corresponding planning processes are encouraged to apply.
• CPI-DS / RTI integration experience is an asset.
• Experience working across different industries, with a good understanding of their respective planning and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English ; other languages are an advantage.
• Good team player with strong logical and reasoning skills , who enjoys working in a global environment and is committed to high-quality project delivery.
• Willingness to travel if required by the role.
• Advanced English level.
