MCC Label in Monterrey is seeking an SAP FICO Analyst to manage financial accounting and controlling within SAP. You will work with finance and IT teams to configure FI/CO modules, ensure accurate reporting, and support audits while aligning processes with IFRS/GAAP.

The role requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions and drive successful implementations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience; SAP certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Understand financial and controlling requirements from business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Configure FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders).
• Support integration with MM, SD, PP, HR modules.
• Provide financial reporting & ensure regulatory compliance (IFRS/GAAP).
• Assist audits and compliance activities.
• Provide end-user training and create user manuals.
• Monitor system performance; implement upgrades and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT for system stability and migrations.
