Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a senior consultant specializing in S4 HANA finance and Vertex with Gen AI tools. You will guide clients through complex finance solution design, configuration, and optimization across cash application and customer master processes.

Formación

• Six to ten years of S4 HANA finance and controlling experience in complex environments.
• Exposure to cost center and profit center accounting and accounts receivables.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate finance requirements into S4 HANA solution designs.
• Configure S4 HANA Vertex components for cost and profit center accounting to support planning and reporting.
• Design and implement Vertex functionalities for cash flow visibility and collection performance.
• Optimize end-to-end cash application by configuring lockbox, payment advice handling, and matching logic.
• Configure S4 HANA FI/SD integration to ensure compliant revenue recognition and postings.
• Implement SAP Refx functionality for real estate contracts and valuations integration with GL.
• Leverage Gen AI tools to automate finance tasks and generate insights.
• Develop functional specs for extensions, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms.
• Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing; document results and resolve defects.
• Provide hybrid consulting support through workshops, remote sessions, and on-site as needed.
• Guide knowledge transfer and training for day-to-day operation of S4 HANA and Refx.

• Serve as a senior consultant specializing in S4 HANA finance and Vertex and Client Gen AI tools guiding clients through complex solution design configuration and optimization across cash application and customer master processes. Collaborate in a hybrid work model with global teams to deliver stable scalable and compliant finance solutions that improve operational efficiency and business insight.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze finance and controlling requirements across cost center profit center and accounts receivables processes translating them into clear and feasible S4 HANA solution designs that align with client objectives and organizational standards.
• Configure S4 HANA Vertexcomponents including cost center accounting and profit center accounting to support accurate planning allocation and reporting that enables timely insight driven financial decision making for the client.
• Design and implement S4 HANA Vettex functionalities that streamline invoice processing credit management and payment tracking so that overall cash flow visibility and collection performance are improved.
• Optimize end to end apply cash to invoices processes by configuring lockbox payment advice handling and matching logic while ensuring that exception handling and reconciliations are controlled and transparent for finance teams.
• Configure and support S4 HANA FI SD integration scenarios ensuring that revenue recognition billing and financial postings are consistent reconciled and compliant with internal policies and external reporting requirements.
• Implement and enhance SAP Refx functionality to manage real estate contracts conditions postings and valuations in a way that integrates seamlessly with controlling and general ledger processes.
• Utilize Client Gen AI tools to design and deploy intelligent automations predictive insights and guided workflows that reduce manual effort in receivables cash application and customer master maintenance activities.
• Develop functional specifications for extensions reports interfaces conversions and forms collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet performance security and usability expectations.
• Execute unit testing integration testing and user acceptance support for finance and controlling scenarios documenting results thoroughly and driving timely resolution of defects that impact business operations.
• Provide hybrid model consulting support through workshops remote sessions and on site interactions when required ensuring that user queries related to day shift operations are resolved within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Guide user teams through knowledge transfer training materials and day to day issue resolution so that process owners can operate S4 HANA and SAP Refx solutions with confidence and minimal disruption.
• Monitor production issues across controlling and receivables areas perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes that enhance stability data accuracy and system performance without requiring travel.
• Prepare detailed process documentation configuration workbooks and operational guidelines that capture design decisions standard procedures and controls supporting regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner with cross functional teams spanning finance sales and operations to evaluate change requests estimate effort and recommend pragmatic enhancements that maximize value from existing S4 HANA investments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Gen AI insights to identify optimization opportunities in posting logic reconciliation activities and master data quality for customer accounts.
• Ensure that hybrid work practices support effective collaboration by using digital tools structured communication and clear status reporting to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate solid experience of six to ten years in S4 HANA finance and controlling with specific exposure to cost center accounting profit center accounting and accounts receivables in complex enterprise environments.
• Exhibit proven expertise in configuring and supporting S4 HANA FI SD integration so that end to end order to cash processes and associated financial postings remain consistent and well controlled.
• Show practical proficiency in SAP Refx including contract management condition handling and integration to finance to support real estate or leasing intensive business models.
• Apply hands on knowledge of applying cash to invoices processes including payment allocation residual management and dispute handling to improve working Client and reduce unapplied cash.
• Demonstrate experience in updating customer master data with strong attention to data quality governance rules and alignment with compliance standards such as credit checks and dunning settings.
• Utilize Client Gen AI tools or similar enterprise grade AI platforms to build or support use cases that automate repetitive finance tasks and generate actionable insights for decision makers.
• Communicate clearly with business and technical audiences documenting requirements designs and test results in concise language suitable for stakeholders in a global hybrid working environment.
