Sequoia Connect busca un consultor SAP EWM para impulsar proyectos de transformación en almacenes avanzados. Trabajarás en un entorno global, conectando EWM con MM, SD y PP, liderando implementaciones y resolviendo incidencias en un ecosistema tecnológico de primer nivel.

Se requiere experiencia sólida en EWM, S/4HANA y habilidades de gestión de proyectos; inglés y español avanzados. Ubicación on-site en Monterrey-Saltillo, con enfoque en entrega ágil y soluciones innovadoras.

Formación

• Experiencia comprobable como consultor SAP EWM y conocimiento de procesos de almacén.
• Configuración práctica de SAP EWM y módulos relacionados.
• Conocimiento de inbound/outbound, slotting y inventario físico.
• Familiaridad con SAP S/4HANA e integración con MM/PP.
• Habilidad para traducir requisitos comerciales a hoja de ruta técnica.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y gestión de proyectos.
• Mentalidad de alto rendimiento y entrega ágil.
• DNA tecnológico: entender diferencia entre codificación e ingeniería.

Responsabilidades

• Mapear requisitos a funciones de SAP EWM y configurar almacenamiento.
• Conectar EWM con MM, SD, PP y TM.
• Liderar o participar en implementaciones de ciclo completo.
• Resolver incidencias diarias y gestionar cambios.
• Desplegar herramientas RF, monitores de almacén y inventario físico.
• Asesorar y proponer soluciones para optimizar operaciones logísticas.

We are currently searching for a SAP EWM Consultant:

Responsibilities

• Map business requirements to SAP EWM functionality, configuring storage types, bins, putaway/picking strategies, and wave management.
• Connect EWM with other modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and TM (Transportation Management).
• Lead or participate in full-lifecycle implementations, including blueprinting, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
• Resolve daily system incidents, analyze delivery or handling unit errors, and manage change requests.
• Deploy tools like Radio Frequency (RF) frameworks, warehouse monitors, cross-docking, and physical inventory procedures.
• Act as a trusted advisor, analyzing operational challenges and proposing innovative solutions to stabilize and enhance logistics operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP EWM Consultant, combining deep functional knowledge with practical warehouse process understanding.
• Hands-on configuration experience with the SAP EWM module.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound processes, slotting, and physical inventory.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and integration experience with modules such as MM and PP.
• Ability to translate business requirements into a technical roadmap.
• Strong communication and project management skills to coordinate effectively between warehouse teams, IT, and management.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
