KION Group IT in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join the Sales Logistics Service team. You will act as a SAP EWM functional subject-matter expert, supporting and improving warehouse and shipping processes with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM.

You will work closely with global business and IT teams to design scalable solutions, support implementations and rollouts, troubleshoot complex production issues, and continuously improve our SAP logistics landscape.

Formación

• 5+ years SAP EWM functional consulting experience.
• Experience leading two or more full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, or deployments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and shipping processes including inbound/outbound and internal movements.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM experience.
• Experience providing L2/L3 support in productive SAP environments.
• Experience integrating EWM with SAP SD, MM, and Logistics Execution.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business requirements, identify gaps against SAP standard, and propose sustainable solutions.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM for warehouse and sales-shipping processes.
• Map and optimize end-to-end processes including inbound, outbound, internal movements, and shipping.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, specifications, test scenarios, and implementation plans.
• Advise internal business customers and key users on SAP EWM capabilities, process improvements, and solution alternatives.
• Participate throughout the full project lifecycle: discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, rollout, hypercare, and handover to operations.
• Provide L2 and L3 application support, including root-cause analysis and production stabilization.
• Collaborate with SAP TM, SD, MM, LE, ABAP, integration, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with global architecture, documentation, security, and service-management standards.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM functional consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Experience owning or playing a key role in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, or major deployment workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and shipping processes, including:
• Inbound and outbound processes
• Internal warehouse movements
• Warehouse structure
• RF processes
• Physical inventory
• Warehouse-related master data
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM.
• Experience providing L2/L3 application support in productive SAP environments.
• Experience integrating EWM with SAP SD, MM, and Logistics Execution.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of SAP EWM topics while collaborating within a global team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
