Jabil in Mexico is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist I to provide functional support for the in-house Document Control Management System (JDoc) within SAP, focusing on integration with the Cideon Engine. You will ensure system stability, assist end users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain seamless data flows across business apps.

Ideal candidates have DCMS and Cideon experience, SAP Fiori/Workflow, and strong database skills, plus clear English communication and collaborative teamwork.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of DCMS, including user administration, workflow management, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Support the integration between JDoc and the Cideon Conversion Engine, ensuring accurate metadata stamping and for automated CAD-to-neutral file (PDF) conversions in SAP.
• Database Knowledge: Ability to perform basic database queries, analyze data, and diagnose system or integration failures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support for Jabil’s DCMS within SAP and its integration ecosystem, ensuring system stability and end-user assistance.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain seamless data flows between business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document incidents, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Support ongoing operations and improve system usability and performance.
