PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an experienced Manager to lead SAP RTR projects across geographies, delivering value to a diverse client portfolio and strengthening client relationships.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and ensure delivery standards. Emphasis on strategic planning, budgeting, and technology-enabled transformation within our SAP practice.

Formación

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Leading SAP consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
• Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions for seamless integration.
• Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP applications.
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
• Coaching and developing team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation within client engagements.
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Utilizing technical skills in SAP ERP and CRM to support enterprise integration and technology implementation.
• Developing training materials and delivering workshops to enhance client understanding of SAP systems.
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with clients and stakeholders
