PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks a SAP FICO Manager to lead client engagements across Advi­sory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services. You will shape solutions, mentor teams, and drive delivery with integrity and innovation.

You will own project planning, budgeting, and client relationships, while enabling growth and high-quality results within a collaborative, global PwC environment in Monterrey.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of experience in consulting.
• Management experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP consulting projects for clients.
• Analyze needs and implement SAP solutions.
• Provide training and post-implementation support.
• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Coach and mentor team members for quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership on deliverables and timelines.
• Identify system interactions to improve solutions.
• Promote innovation and new technologies in delivery.
• Resolve client and team conflicts escalated when needed.
• Uphold professional standards and firm policies.
