Danfoss in Mexico is seeking a GTM (SAP GTS) Business Consultant to design and improve SAP GTS solutions that enable compliant, efficient, and scalable global trade operations. You will combine expertise in SAP GTS for HANA (E4H) and S/4HANA integrations with business process optimization, supporting global teams and driving digital transformation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4–6+ years hands-on SAP GTS experience including implementation, support and delivery.
• At least one end-to-end SAP GTS implementation project experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H) and S/4HANA integrations.
• Expertise in Export Control, Customs Management, and related processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

In this role, you will combine your expertise in SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H), international trade compliance, and business process optimization to support global teams and drive digital transformation. Your work will directly influence how goods move across borders, helping Danfoss navigate complex regulatory requirements while supporting business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of SAP GTS implementation, enhancement, migration, and rollout projects, turning business needs into scalable and compliant solutions that support global operations.
• Enhance and optimize key global trade processes, including Export Control, Import Compliance, Product Classification, Sanctioned Party Screening, Customs Declarations, Customs Special Procedures, including Free Trade Zones and Bonded Warehouses Intrastat Reporting, License Management, and Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
• Partner with global stakeholders to facilitate workshops, provide expert guidance, and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solution design.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, increase automation, strengthen compliance, and leverage new SAP GTS capabilities and innovations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4- 6+ years of hands‑on SAP GTS experience, including implementation, support, and solution delivery activities.
• Proven experience in the participation of at least one end‑to‑end SAP GTS implementation project and supporting SAP GTS transformation or migration initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H), SAP S/4HANA integrations, and international trade compliance processes.
• Expertise in areas such as Export Control, Customs Management, Customs Special Procedures, including Free Trade Zones and Bonded Warehouses, Product Classification, Trade Preference Management, and Trade Compliance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and cross‑functional teams.
