Job summary

Ford, Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP Basis and Security & Controls leader to establish a new Shared Service in Mexico. You will build and manage a team of 8 GSRs, streamline critical IT processes, and coordinate with global LL6 teams to support SAP technology across regions.

The role requires a strong technical background in SAP platforms, proven leadership, and the ability to work across multicultural teams while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in SAP Basis and Security & Controls.
• 2+ years leading IT teams, preferably global or multi-location.
• Strong SAP Basis administration knowledge (installation, config, maintenance).
• Experience with SAP Security & Controls (roles, authorizations, compliance).
• Willingness to travel and work with global teams (US, EU, IND).

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a Shared Service for SAP Basis and Security & Controls in Mexico.
• Streamline and document processes to improve efficiency across existing teams.
• Collaborate with LL6 teams globally to ensure high collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Manage a team of 8 GSRs in Mexico and report to a US-based manager.
