We are currently searching for a SAP Basis + Security Support Specialist:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Provide daily operational support for clients' SAP environments.
• Manage and resolve daily operations issues based on tickets and incidents.
• Ensure all support operations adhere to established SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Maintain the stability and security of ongoing SAP operations rather than focusing on new implementation projects.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Proven experience in SAP Basis and SAP Security.
• Strong background in operations support, managing tickets, incidents, and SLAs.
• Previous experience in implementation projects and architecture is acceptable, provided there is a strong willingness and capability to perform daily operations support.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages
