Endava Limited seeks an experienced Salesforce Test Manager to support a complex Salesforce transformation in Monterrey. You will own test planning, design, and execution to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and implementation partners to coordinate testing, manage defects, and support successful releases. The ideal candidate has Salesforce testing expertise and strong client-facing skills, including travel to the United States.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading testing of Salesforce implementations.
• Hands-on testing of Salesforce applications and business processes.
• Ability to design and execute functional, integration and end-to-end tests.
• Experience planning UAT with business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of defect management and software delivery processes.

Responsabilités

• Own and coordinate testing activities across Salesforce projects.
• Design, maintain and execute functional and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Plan and coordinate UAT with business users to validate processes.
• Perform hands-on testing in non-production environments and identify defects.
• Collaborate with partners, dev teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization and reporting.
• Validate Salesforce processes and integrations with other systems.
• Monitor testing progress and identify risks to support timelines.
• Provide testing updates and release readiness reports to stakeholders.
• Work independently and communicate with international clients.
• Participate in client visits to the United States.
