GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. in Mexico City seeks a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to own solution design, coding, and end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, and LWC.

You will mentor developers, perform code reviews, ensure security and performance, and guide Agile delivery. This hybrid role requires 1–2 on-site days per week.

Formación

• Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce Core Platform.
• Experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments.
• Experience as a Technical Lead, including design ownership and code reviews.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions.
• Build and implement Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding, RAG, and custom agent actions.
• Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including ingestion, modeling, and activation.
• Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Own delivery across the full SDLC, including design, build, test, deployment, and production support.
• Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards.

Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce & Data Cloud

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid 1 or 2 days per week or month)

Type: Full-time

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, and LWC. The role combines deep technical delivery with leadership, owning solution design, code quality, and end-to-end implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
