InfoVision Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Sales Engagement Developer/Engineer to design, implement and support Sales Cloud engagement capabilities in a Mexico City–area team.
You will configure cadences, queues, automation, and activities while delivering scalable Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, and APIs. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into robust designs, ensure security and deployment best practices, and support testing and post‑production activities
Formación
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Sales Engagement is required.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
- Experience configuring Sales Engagement Cadences, Work Queues, activity management, and automation.
- Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Responsabilidades
- Design, configure, develop, and support Salesforce Sales Engagement capabilities.
- Configure and optimize Cadences, Work Queues, automated actions, email/call activities, and productivity workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs and integrations as required.
- Partner with business, product, architecture, and integration teams to define solution designs and implementation approaches.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure performance, security, and Salesforce development best practices.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production activities.
