HCLTech México busca un profesional de QA de Salesforce para unirse al equipo y contribuir al diseño, desarrollo y entrega de soluciones de software de alta calidad. Trabajará con equipos multiculturales y clientes de diversas industrias.

La posición admite actualmente trabajo remoto temporal para Guadalajara y pasará a un modelo híbrido en un futuro cercano. Se valorará experiencia en automatización, CI/CD y liderazgo técnico.

Formación

• Experiencia en pruebas de software, automatización y QA con liderazgo técnico en automatización.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar la creación y ejecución de casos, scripts y escenarios de prueba para validar funcionalidad, rendimiento y seguridad.
• Guiar al equipo y mentorear a testers junior para garantizar calidad.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para entregar soluciones de software de alta calidad.
• Implementar y mantener marcos de pruebas escalables.

We are looking for experienced Salesforce QA to join our growing team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Location:

This position is currently under a temporary remote work arrangement for professionals located in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Please note that the role will transition to a hybrid work model in the near future, requiring regular attendance at the office.

**Candidates residing outside Guadalajara must be available and willing to relocate immediately.**

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering, with proven experience in Automation technical leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications (manual and automated), preferably Financial Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce configurations/customizations.
• Expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
• Strong hands-on expertise in QTest, Playwright, Selenium, API automation, and database validation, with the ability to build scalable and reusable frameworks.
• Lead adoption of AI-powered testing solutions including AI-assisted test generation, self-healing automation, autonomous testing, and intelligent test maintenance, leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab to enable Continuous Testing.
• Experience with test data management, service virtualization, and observability/reporting tools.
• Mentor and guide junior testers, validating test planning and execution to ensure quality and consistency across the team.
• Oversee the creation, execution of test cases, scripts and scenarios to validate functionality, performance and security of the system.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience driving Quality Engineering transformation and automation initiatives.
• Investment domain experience is a good addition.
