TOYOTA TSUSHO MEXICO in Silao is seeking a seasoned business professional with International Trade experience to strengthen our sales and procurement operations. The role demands strong English communication and the ability to manage billing, POs, quotes, and payments for suppliers and customers.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in a similar role, excellent multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to customer service and supplier relations.

Formación

• Graduated in Business with International Trade.
• 8+ years in a similar position.
• English 80% spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer requests and inquiries promptly.
• Handle billing, purchase orders, quotes, and payments to suppliers and customers.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and suppliers.
• Provide general sales knowledge and respond to customer requests consistently.

Requirements for the position:

• Graduated from the Business major // International Trade
• More than 8 year experience in similar position.
• English 80% Spoken and written.

• Sales Ability and ability to respond instantly to customer request
• Continuous communication

• Continuous treatment with clients
• Ease of speaking with customers and suppliers
• Billing, purchase orders, quotes, payments to suppliers and customers
• Ability of sales general knowledge and to respond to customer request constantly
• General skills of Microsoft office (Excel : vlookup, sum)

• Ability of multi task
• If possible > Have knowledge of purchasing or team leader/ management experience
• Have your own vehicle
