Sanmina seeks an Order Process Mgmt 1 in Jalisco to lead and coordinate the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy from receipt to booking and timely progression through shipment, delivery and billing.

The role supervises the team, makes staffing decisions, provides training and development, monitors the order management system, tracks backlog, generates internal reports, answers status inquiries, resolves order problems, and evaluates staff performance to sustain efficient operation.

Formación

• Experience leading a team in a logistics or order management environment.
• Strong understanding of sales order processing lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates the processing of sales orders.
• Monitors sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders.
• Tracks sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog activities; provides internal sales reports.
• Responds to inquiries regarding order status and resolves customer order difficulties.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
