Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Program Order Administrator to direct and coordinate sales order processing and oversee a team responsible for staffing, training, and performance management. The role includes monitoring ERP-based order receipting and booking, tracking shipments, deliveries, billing, and backlog to deliver timely internal reports.

It also requires responding to customer inquiries and resolving order issues to maintain high service levels.

Formación

Directs and coordinates the processing of sales orders.
Manages staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of staff.
Monitors sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders.
Tracks sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when necessary.
Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
