El candidato ideal será proactivo y capaz de gestionar embudos de venta, con experiencia en reservas hoteleras. Formación

  • Experiencia previa en roles de reservas de hotel.

  • Atender segmentos como bodas y retiros corporativos.
  • Colaborar con agentes de viajes y tour operadores.

Sales Manager or Director – Paradero Hotels

Company Description

Paradero Hotels:
Founded in 2021, Paradero Hotels is the first experience-inclusive hotel brand in Mexico/North America. Since our opening in February, we have been featured in over 225 major publications (CNT, AD, T&L, NYT, etc.) and have gained 150k followers on Instagram. We have secured additional real estate to develop branded residences integrated into our operations. Our growth plans include expanding to other destinations in Mexico and/or the US.

The hotel is located in Todos Santos, a vibrant destination near Cabo, known for its surfing, organic produce, Baja-style tacos, and water sports like kite surfing and diving. Todos Santos is just 45 minutes from SJD International Airport, offering excellent connectivity to major cities in the US and Mexico.

Job Description

The Role:
Sales Manager or Director, a crucial position for our business development.

Main Responsibilities: Managing and owning Paradero’s sales funnels, including:

  • Weddings
  • Team Transformations (Corporate Retreats)
  • Travel Agents
  • Tour Operators

Compensation:

  • Competitive and negotiable salary.
  • Opportunity to earn attractive bonuses based on results and performance.

Location:

  • California, Baja, and/or Mexico City.
  • Sales office located in Mexico City.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for creativity, design, and continuous learning;
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency with tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.;
  • Experience with mailing systems and basic email marketing knowledge;
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations roles;
  • An analytical mindset to guide data-driven decisions;
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.
