A leading B2B service firm is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to manage inbound and outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the US market. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This role offers competitive compensation, including a base salary of $152 per month and uncapped commission. You will join a supportive, flexible team in a fully remote environment.

About the Role

B2B Sales Managers excel at understanding prospects' needs, identifying key decision-makers, proposing tailored solutions, and persistently following up to secure decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Inbound Sales (50% Of Pipeline): Handle all inbound leads with a strong focus on lead qualification, proposal creation, proposal review calls hosting, and proposal follow-up efforts to maximize sales.
  • Outbound Sales (50% Of Pipeline): Execute daily outreach efforts to generate new opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active, organized pipeline in our CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-ups to ensure thorough prospect engagement.
  • Sales Strategy Optimization: Analyze and iterate on sales strategies based on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights, adjusting approaches to maximize results.
  • Sales Targets: Exceed monthly sales targets through closed-won deals.
