Rompa Group is looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Sales Manager who thrives in an international, results-driven environment. You'll be responsible for developing new business and managing key multinational accounts with a focus on supporting growth in our Americas region. You can live in United States or Mexico.
We're looking for someone who brings a strong technical background, ideally with experience in injection moulding and automotive, and who feels comfortable representing Rompa with confidence and clarity in front of global customers. Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth within the region: Identify and engage with potential new customers that align with Rompa's manufacturing capabilities.
- Full Account Ownership: Develop and execute account plans that balance client strategy with internal objectives. You are the main commercial contact and project owner.
- Sales Project Leadership: Act as the commercial lead in multidisciplinary teams. Influence decision-making in areas like quality, technology, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quotations & Proposals: Evaluate client inquiries and collaborate with the internal team to create customized proposals.
- Customer Retention & Expansion: Grow existing accounts through trust-based relationships and proactive value creation.
- Market Insight & Analytics: Interpret sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate insights into actions.
- Salesforce CRM: Log all relevant sales activity and pipeline progression.
- Reporting: Maintain close alignment with the sales manager in the Netherlands and operational coordination with the plant manager in Mexico.
Who You Are
- Results-driven and ambitious, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 10+ years in B2B manufacturing, with experience in injection moulding or automotive sectors preferred.
- Able to read and discuss technical drawings.
- Strong commercial and strategic instincts.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Willing to travel regularly within North America and occasionally to Europe (Netherlands HQ). – 25%
