This remote position requires experience with B2B relationships in the advertising industry, fluency in Spanish and English, and a proactive approach to sales and customer relationship management. You Will:

  • Identify new sales opportunities across brands and agencies and convert them into RTB House customers;
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close;
  • Partner with technical and account management teams;
  • Execute customer communications via telephone or email, in line with standards and procedures;
  • Create formal offers and present them to potential customers;
  • Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction;
  • Report on the status of sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers;
  • Represent RTB House in Conferences;
  • Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions.

Desired Experience:

  • Knowledge in sales frameworks and techniques;
  • Experience in managing B2B relationships - preferably in advertising industry;
  • It's necessary to be available to go to the office in Mexico city once a quarter;
  • Native in Spanish with fluency in English (C1 level);
  • Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Interest in digital marketing/ e-commerce;
  • Preferably experienced working in programmatic marketing environment;
  • A curious spirit and a desire to constantly improve and refine business development tactics and strategies;
  • Multi-tasking, high energy, resourcefulness;
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
