Responsibilities

• Reporting & Performance Metrics Support: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and periodic reports; validate data accuracy and timely delivery; monitor key performance metrics.
• Sales, Pricing & Trend Analysis Support: Gather data for net sales drivers and performance trends; perform variance checks and support pricing analysis.
• Forecasting & Data Management Support: Maintain forecast inputs and consolidate data for forecasting cycles.
• System Maintenance: Support SAP and Mosaic event setup and data capture; document activities.
• Customer & Investment Analysis Support: Provide data and analysis for ad hoc requests and investments.
• Stakeholder Communication Support: Prepare materials for meetings and townhalls; align information with priorities.
• AOP Support: Compile inputs for the Annual Operating Plan and review variances under guidance.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Support the Sales Finance PBNA Team. Responsibilities will include performance reporting, forecasting, contingency/scenario planning, promotional analysis, and development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). The role will directly support the commercial team and will also interact with internal financial teams.

Your Impact

• Reporting & Performance Metrics Support: Assist in preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and periodic operational and financial reports. Validate data accuracy and ensure timely delivery. Support monitoring of key performance metrics and provide preliminary insights to aid business decisions for PBNA and its customers.
• Sales, Pricing & Trend Analysis Assistance: Gather and organize data for net sales drivers, performance trends, and customer financials. Perform basic variance checks and trend identification to support pricing and strategic analysis led by the manager.
• Forecasting & Data Management Support: Maintain forecast data inputs and ensure completeness and accuracy. Assist in consolidating data for forecasting cycles and validate alignment with planning calendars.
• System Maintenance & Data Accuracy: Support SAP and Mosaic activities by ensuring correct event setup and accurate data capture. Document activities and maintain records as directed by the manager.
• Customer & Investment Analysis Support: Provide data and preliminary analysis for ad hoc customer requests and investment evaluations. Assist in preparing reports that highlight financial impacts for decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication Support: Prepare materials for business meetings and townhalls. Ensure alignment of shared information with business priorities.
• Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Support: Assist in compiling inputs for the AOP process, validating data accuracy, and reviewing variances under manager guidance.
