A global shipping and logistics leader is looking for a Cross Sales Specialist in Veracruz, Mexico. This role is responsible for supporting the selling of non-maritime products by Sales Teams across various countries. You will serve as the main interface between sales teams and headquarters, ensuring both outside and inside sales teams are equipped to sell these products effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and advanced English skills are required for this position.

Responsible for supporting selling of non-maritime products by Sales Teams across the countries.
This role will be the interface between sales teams and HO / RO departments related to eCommerce, Intermodal & Value-Added Services (VAS).
Acts as an Expert on Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal) and ensures that Outside and Inside Sales are in full capability of selling Non-Maritime products (training documents etc.).
Provide support on commercial market opportunities identified by Outside & Inside Sales.
Conduct commercial visits and calls in coordination with Outside & Inside Sales to support non-Maritime negotiations.
Coordinate between HO / RO and Sales Offices on Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal) and reports issues related to pricing & execution.
Drive standardization of selling of Non-Maritime products in the cluster.
