We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to pioneer Clara’s next-generation outbound strategy. This isn’t a typical SDR role—it’s built for the AI-powered future of enterprise sales. As our first Outbound Architect, you’ll design and own the entire top-of-funnel motion, combining creativity, tech, and commercial strategy to engage senior finance leaders across Latin America.
In this role, you will:
Craft and execute targeted outreach to CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies.
Launch and manage multi-touch campaigns using Amplemarket, integrating LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp in a coordinated, personalized way.
Collaborate with AEs and leadership to optimize timing, messaging, and targeting.
Continuously test and refine copy, formats, and channels to increase conversion.
Manage Clara’s sales tech stack—including Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools—to scale outreach without sacrificing quality.
Share insights, write playbooks, and raise the bar for outbound prospecting across the team.
Keep CRM data clean, structured, and actionable to support a high-performing sales engine.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
2–4 years of experience in Outbound Sales, SDR, or sales automation at a high-growth B2B company
Proven expertise with Amplemarket or similar tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, and modern sales AI tools
Excellent written communication—clear, human, and tailored to senior audiences
Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by measurable results
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
Experience engaging finance or operations executives
Built or scaled outbound processes from scratch
Passionate about automation and its impact on sales performance
Familiarity with Fintech or the Latin American tech ecosystem

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
