A Latin American remote team building firm is seeking a Sales Development Representative to prospect clients and schedule sales calls. This fully remote position offers a competitive pay structure with a base rate of $5/hr plus commissions. Ideal candidates have strong English skills, prior sales experience, and a dedicated workspace. Flexible scheduling allowed once KPIs are met.
People residing in all of Latin America.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST
Language: Near-native English (C1/C2) with a neutral accent.

The role is for a Sales Development Representative to prospect and contact potential clients through various channels with the goal of scheduling discovery calls on behalf of our sales people. Valatam’s clients are growing US and Canadian businesses with remote entry-level vacancies or a high volume of computer/telephone tasks.
Provided your work generates 5 qualified sales calls per week, you are free to work as and when you please, until this KPI is met you are expected to complete the below activities:
Our current pay rate for this full-time (40hrs/week) role is $5/hr base ($850/month) + Regular Commissions (US$20 for each qualified meeting booked) + Commissions for exceeding quota (After meeting the monthly quota, the commissions for each additional qualified meeting booked will be paid at US$50). More information about the payment structure will be discussed further in the process.
