Under Armour is hiring a Sales Associate in Mexico City’s Cuajimalpa de Morelos store. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering standout experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store looking sharp.

You’ll greet customers, suggest apparel and footwear, process transactions at the POS, stock and tidy the store, and participate in omni-channel requests while delivering great service with energy and teamwork. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities offered.

Formación

• Minimum age 16 years; 18+ in specific regions as required.
• Able to maneuver sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kgs.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role and stand long hours.

Your Impact

• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program

• Fulfill the working hours as scheduled to Under Armour’s attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand‑held and mobile devices)
