Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Leader for complex, data-center projects in Mexico. You will supervise safety plans, coordinate with design teams and contractors, and ensure compliance with STPS/OSHA-equivalent standards in a dynamic environment.

The role requires 7+ years in construction safety, strong communication with contractors, and advanced proficiency with safety tools and data-center builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction safety with formal qualifications in construction health and safety management.
• Extensive experience in communications with contractors, coordination with design teams, and other project professionals.
• Advanced experience in executing data centers or mission-critical constructions.
• Advanced proficiency in using computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of a complex construction project, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Advise senior management on contractors’ safety plans and ensure their implementation on each project.
• Review and oversee Health and Safety management procedures in construction.
• Attend safety and management department meetings, training workshops, and daily briefings.
• Supervise all subcontractors and contractors, ensuring their competence.
• Promote Health and Safety initiatives across all projects to influence positive safety behavior.
• Manage local regulations related to safety on site.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

THE WORK:

• You’ll supervise all aspects of a complex structural and electrical construction project, ensuring compliance with STPS / OSHA.
• You’ll advise senior management on contractors’ safety plans and ensure their implementation in each project.
• You’ll provide review and oversight of Health and Safety management procedures in construction.
• You’ll attend safety and management department meetings, training workshops, and daily activity briefings.
• You’ll supervise all subcontractors and contractors, ensuring their competence.
• You’ll continuously encourage and promote Health and Safety initiatives aimed at influencing positive safety behavior across all projects.
• You’ll manage local regulations.
• You’ll perform additional duties as assigned.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
