Clorox is seeking a highly analytical S&OP Analyst to support its Sales & Operations Planning process. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to develop demand forecasts, improve forecast performance, and enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and experience translating business plans into actionable forecasts with proficiency in Excel and BI tools. Hybrid work options may apply depending on location.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting or S&OP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and demand planning principles.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end S&OP process coordination and support.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical methods and inputs.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of errors.
• Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
