• Analyze supply chain data (SAP, Kinaxis) to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
• Track and report key KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, inventory levels, and raw materials.

Sales & Operations Analyst - Supply Chain

**Job Title:** S&OP Analyst
**City:** Toluca
As a **Sales & Operations Analyst,** you will play a critical role in ensuring successful product launches and lifecycle execution across the North American network. You will drive supply chain readiness, impact/risks assessments, monitor service KPIs, and partner cross-functionally to manage risks, optimize inventory, and support on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.

• Support cross-functional PLM governance, partnering with Commercial and Planning teams to drive alignment on demand, sales, and raw material strategies
• Analyze supply chain data (SAP, Kinaxis) to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement opportunities
• Track and report key KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, OTIF, air freight usage, inventory levels, and critical raw materials
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions, phase-in/phase-out, discontinuations, and product transfers
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, providing insights on timelines, raw material constraints, and inventory exposure to support decision-making
• Reduce inventory obsolescence and inefficiencies by ensuring disciplined execution of PLM processes and lifecycle controls

You bring:
