PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Route Engineering Analyst to design and optimize delivery routes within the Route Planning team.

You will translate business requests into engineering solutions using Territory Planner, ensuring alignment with service commitments and planning standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, monitor implementation results, and refine solutions based on field performance to improve distribution operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in data analysis, operations, logistics, route planning, or process improvement is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute route engineering solutions using Territory Planner based on business requirements.
• Apply established Route Engineering standards to ensure consistent route designs.
• Collaborate with Route Planning Coordinators and Field Strategy Managers to clarify requirements.
• Review field performance feedback and adjust route designs to improve operational results.
• Track project delivery, monitor SLAs, and prepare performance reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Strategic Routing.
• Collaborate with other Route Engineers to address technical requirements.
