• Academic background in engineering or related field (recent graduates or early-career).
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Experience with test benches, validation, or lab environments is valuable.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish for collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles.
• Engage in hands-on testing, validation, and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to ramp-up of testing facilities and production processes.
• Leverage Excel/Power BI to support engineering decisions and KPIs.
