Bosch México is launching the Accelerate Development Program, a 2-year immersive, structured development track designed to build a strong pipeline for finance roles. You will rotate across locations and departments, gaining a 360-degree view of our operations and processes.

You will work with senior leaders, participate in cost accounting and budgeting activities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that impact profitability. Upon completion, a permanent specialist role awaits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Intermediate English (professional speaking and writing).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

What is the Accelerate Development Program?

The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.

• Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)
• Promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies
• 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles
• You are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate
• Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
• Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey

You are passionate about corporate finance and eager to master industrial profitability. This role offers a 360° business perspective through two strategic pillars:

• Cost Accounting Specialist:
• Analyze financial impacts resulting from material changes in products.
• Report budget variances and monitor cost targets for key plant products.
• Participate in the Master Plan development and annual product costing calculations.
• Provide support and present financial results directly to the Business Unit.
• Strategic Budget Partner:
• Evaluate continuous improvement projects in collaboration with various departments.
• Guide cross-functional areas on budgeting processes and financial metrics.
• Coordinate the Budget Forecast and Master Plan to drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Present critical financial data to Plant Management.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Language: Intermediate English (professional speaking and writing proficiency).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel is a strong plus).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for high-level management forums and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
