NVIDIA is seeking a senior leader to drive regional growth in robotics and physical AI, building and guiding a high-performing team and strengthening our ecosystem across Mexico and beyond.

The role requires deep robotics expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to convert strategy into measurable revenue. You will engage executives, form strategic partnerships, and advance deployments across key industries.

Formación

• 15+ years in robotics, industrial automation, AI, enterprise tech sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Leadership experience mentoring regional teams (5+ years).
• Deep understanding of robotics ecosystem, AI, simulation, digital twins, edge computing, autonomous systems.

Responsabilidades

• Turn NVIDIA’s global robotics strategy into regional plans that accelerate revenue and pipeline.
• Engage senior leaders across robotics firms, industrials, integrators, cloud providers, and partners.
• Identify valuable use cases and grow strategic opportunities across priority industries and accounts.
• Support customers and partners in expanding deployments and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Provide market insights to NVIDIA’s product, engineering, marketing, and business teams.
• Lead executive engagements and represent NVIDIA at major robotics forums and events.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive Growth: Turn NVIDIA’s global robotics strategy into focused regional plans that accelerate revenue, pipeline, and platform adoption.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Engage senior leaders across robotics companies, industrial customers, system integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners.
• Develop New Opportunities: Identify valuable use cases and grow strategic opportunities across priority industries and accounts.
• Accelerate Customer Success: Support customers and partners in growing deployments and realizing measurable business achievements.
• Build and Complete Strategy: Bring market insights and customer feedback to NVIDIA’s product, engineering, marketing, and business teams.
• Represent NVIDIA: Lead executive engagements and represent NVIDIA at major robotics forums and industry events.

What We Need To See

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 15+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, AI, enterprise technology sales, business development, or partnerships.
• 5+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and developing regional teams.
• Proven success building strategy, growing complex pipelines, and delivering sustained revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of the robotics ecosystem and technologies including AI, simulation, digital twins, edge computing, and autonomous systems.
A history of establishing dependable executive connections with customers and partners.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Experience scaling robotics or physical AI businesses across EMEA.
• Positive relationships with robot manufacturers, industrial companies, system integrators, and software partners.
• Experience with NVIDIA Isaac, Jetson, Omniverse, Cosmos, GR00T, or simulation-to-reality workflows.
• Success driving adoption across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, agriculture, or humanoid robotics.
