PPG in Mexico seeks a Jr. Manager Quality Control to ensure accurate analysis and reporting of results within the Management System, and to determine conformity of materials and products during production.

You will update QC procedures, define sampling plans, review analyses and release reports, and respond to finished product claims for timely customer service. You will oversee non-conforming materials, allocate resources, supervise the team, and approve supplier inks to maintain color

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• English proficiency of around 60%.
• Knowledge of Management Systems, Injection Molding Packaging, EEE Laboratory Testing, materials and color theory.

Responsabilidades

• Update quality control procedures, specifications, test methods, and documents.
• Determine sampling plans and review analysis and release reports.
• Manage non-conforming products to prevent misuse and ensure quality.
• Coordinate resources and supervise the quality control sub-process and team.
• Approve UV inks from suppliers to ensure color standardization.
• Oversee metrology to calibrate and maintain measuring equipment.
