Benchmark Electronics Inc. is seeking an RF Test Engineer to develop and optimize RF test processes for PCBA and electronic products.

You will troubleshoot RF issues at component and board levels, analyze data to identify root causes, and support NPI activities with test development and validation. You will collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Process, and Design Engineering to improve performance and yield, validate fixtures and automated test systems, and drive continuous improvements in

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in RF testing, electronics manufacturing, or test engineering.
• Strong knowledge of RF measurement equipment including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Experience troubleshooting PCBA at component level.
• Mandatory knowledge of IPC-A-610 for electronic assemblies and acceptability criteria.
• Understanding SMT manufacturing processes and electronic components.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced English communication.

• Support New Product Introduction activities including test development and validation.
