A leading performance marketing agency is looking for a RevOps Strategist with extensive experience in GTM implementations and analytics. This role involves collaborating with the Director of Revenue Operations to provide strategic guidance and improve the efficiency of clients’ revenue processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in marketing automation tools and a data-driven mindset. Formación

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience across customer-side or 1–2+ years agency-side with RevOps.
  • Deep technical experience in GTM implementations and multi-channel offline conversion tracking.
  • Experience implementing and managing marketing automation and analytics environments.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as a hybrid technical implementer and strategic RevOps advisor for clients.
  • Architect and execute tracking infrastructures for accurate attribution.
  • Set up offline conversion pipelines across platforms for full-funnel optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding client engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Conocimientos

Technical mastery of HubSpot, Marketo, and/or Pardot
Strong expertise in GTM and GA4
Hands-on experience with offline conversion tracking
Ability to evaluate and optimize revenue operations processes
Data-driven mindset
Strong client-facing communication skills
Curiosity and drive

Educación

3+ years of experience in RevOps or 1–2+ years agency-side experience
