A manufacturing company in Mexicali is seeking an experienced architect or engineer to create and review Factory Shop Drawings, manage models in Revit, and communicate effectively with internal teams. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and be bilingual for on-site collaboration. This role is located in the Nicoya industrial park near the airport.

Formación

• Experience managing project models and families in Revit.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in construction and structural engineering.

Samara lives, manufacturing homes in a factory in Mexicali. Once the house is finished, it is put on a platform and transported to the United States, to the client's location.

• Create and review Factory Shop Drawings for residential projects, and develop and modify Revit families to company standards.
• Generate and update As-Built models and drawings as necessary, ensuring they reflect the final and accurate conditions of the project.
• Maintain organized records of all plans, models, and updates for easy access by the team and other stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, BIM Designers, and other departments to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.

• Experience with project management of Revit with the ability to manage models and families.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, or manufacturing engineering, with experience in construction, structures.
• Bilingual (daily interaction with the engineering team on-site construction in Northern California).
• Available to work in the Nicoya industrial park close to the airport.
