A leading sales organization is seeking a Retention FTD/Floor Manager to oversee the sales floor in Mexico. The role involves managing sales teams, achieving KPIs, and collaborating on sales strategies. Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, with at least 3 years of experience in Forex B2C sales. Strong leadership and motivational skills are crucial for this position.

Formación

About the Role: As a Floor Manager, you will lead and oversee the Retention / FTD sales floor, ensuring that daily operations, sales targets, and team performance are achieved at the highest level.
