Everscale Group is hiring a Senior Retail Media Display Account Executive with strong Amazon DSP experience to manage client relationships and execute campaigns from strategy to delivery.

The role blends strategic planning, hands-on optimization and reporting to retailers and advertisers. Based in Mexico City, it requires English proficiency and a data-driven mindset for performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing presentation abilities.

• Plan, execute and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns with hands-on performance checks.

We’re hiring: Senior Retail Media Display Account Executive – Amazon DSP

At Everscale, we’re looking for a senior Retail Media / Programmatic professional with strong hands-on experience in Amazon DSP and direct client-facing exposure.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years in Retail Media, Programmatic, Digital Advertising or E-commerce Media
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon DSP
• Experience with line items, bids, pacing, frequency caps, audiences and campaign optimization
• Knowledge of KPIs such as ROAS, CVR, NTB, VTC, CTR and Reach
• Experience working with retailers such as Amazon, Mercado Libre and/or Walmart Connect
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Experience with Pacvue, Skai or similar ad tech is highly desirable
• Strong English communication skills
• Client-facing experience presenting results, recommendations and media strategy

This is a Senior / P3 individual contributor role combining strategy, account management and hands-on campaign execution.
