E80 Group seeks Resident Automation Engineers to maintain complex automation systems at a major client plant in North America. You will ensure uptime, coordinate on-site and remote interventions, and manage spare parts and safety documentation.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree (Mechatronics preferred), experience in automation or plant engineering, fluent in English and Spanish, and are open to relocation. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with salary based on experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics preferred).
• Experience as electromechanical maintenance/transfer technician is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic drawings and technical schematics.
• Knowledge of Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell, Fanuc PLCs.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; relocation open.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper plant functioning in line with KPIs and contractual performance.
• Coordinate on-site and remote interventions, spare parts logistics, and supplier offers.
• Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting to guarantee operation.
• Execute preventive maintenance per plans with customer and company guidelines.
• Participate in client meetings and provide detailed reports on activity and performance.
• Prepare reports on Elettric80 structure, performance, anomalies, and actions.
• Suggest improvements and possible solutions; drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver periodic operator training at the client site per agreed methods.
• Manage spare parts stock and reorder points; assist with purchases.
• Organize and update customer safety documentation as required.
