Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Research or Software Engineering.
• Proven track record of research in foundation models or multimodal systems.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field and strong English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct original research to develop novel ML methods including RL, VLMs, and diffusion models.
• Design and implement large-scale foundation models and multimodal systems using PyTorch or JAX.
• Apply strong mathematical foundations to solve complex problems in model architecture and training stability.
• Advance AI solutions through rigorous experimental design and implementation.
• Translate theoretical research into functional, scalable ML components for various applications.

As a Research Engineer, you will focus on developing state-of-the-art foundation models and multimodal systems. You will lead the exploration of novel ML methods, leveraging your strong mathematical background to push the boundaries of current machine learning technology.

What You'll Do

• Conduct original research to develop novel machine learning methods, including Reinforcement Learning, VLMs, and diffusion models.
• Design and implement large-scale foundation models and multimodal systems using frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
• Apply strong mathematical foundations to solve complex problems in model architecture and training stability.
• Advance the development of cutting-edge AI solutions through rigorous experimental design and implementation.
• Translate theoretical research into functional, scalable machine learning components for diverse applications.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Research or Software Engineering.
• Proven track record of novel research in foundation models, multimodal systems, or RL.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
• Strong mathematical foundations and experience with advanced ML methods.
• Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
